13th International Meeting on Therapy in Liver Diseases


We are pleased to welcome you to Barcelona for the 13th International Meeting on Therapy in Liver Diseases, 25-27 September 2019. World renowned experts in hepatology will discuss the latest developments being made in therapy, diagnosis and prognosis in both acute and chronic liver diseases.

The Meeting will include symposiums on Autoimmune Liver Diseases, Hot Topics in Hepatology, Viral Hepatitis, Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, Complications of Cirrhosis and Liver Cancer. There will be discussion on Advances in Liver Transplantation as well as State of the Art Lectures. A new edition to the programme are two sessions entitled ‘Hospital Clinic Grand Rounds’

This 13th edition will also celebrate the 50 year anniversary since the founding of the Liver Unit at Hospital Clinic, and there is a dedicated short symposium to the history and future of the Liver Unit. We look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful Mediterranean city of Barcelona.
